How can journalists travel to Transnistria?
Journalists much like anyone can travel Transnistria via Moldova. This traveling with film crews, or large equipment though should seek the right permit and arrange travel beforehand. YPDR can arrange the correct permits for journalists to travel to Transnistria.
Once there and this has been arranged than you are relatively free with what you can film, or take photos of, providing you also employ a local “fixer”, something YPDR also arrange.

For bloggers and influencers traveling to Transnistria during the current period is relatively free and easy, despite the ongoing war. It should though be noted that this is the frontline of fighting and the unrecognized state has a very active KGB.
Arrests are rate, but if you act suspiciously, take photos of the Russian military, or the like and you risk getting thrown out of the country or worse.
